- Research online and offline for market changes, competition major activities, market progress, new trends and what go viral.
- Customers feedback analysis, categorization, and reporting.
- Surveys conducting, collecting data and reopening.


Qualifications and Skills


- Strong communication skills with team and other departments,
- Self-driven to execute day to day work.
- Good in excel and MS office to process large data.
- Very Good in communication skills, to communicate the results of research, analysis, and surveys to Higher level management.
- Very Good in English, speaking, writing and listening.
- Multi-tasker and time management Skills, to meet the diversity of cultures.
- Flexible and ready to do extra miles whenever required.
- Team player.
- Decent, and professional is a MUST.
- ANY NATIONALITIES are welcome but priority are given to Lebanese, Egyptian and Saudi Locals
- Female or Male
