LABORATORY ENGINEER/MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or related field. A master's degree may be preferred for advanced positions.

Understanding of housing, residential, villa construction materials properties and behavior.

Proficiency in materials testing techniques and equipment operation.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.

Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
