Description

We are recruiting a Civil Foreman (Instructor/trainer ) for Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

- The candidates shall be with a minimum of 5-8 years of work experience as civil Foreman or Instructor/trainer
- Should be familiar Instructor/trainer for scaffolding, carpenter worker Structure Building work,
- Should be familiar all kind of Civil material & works and Instructor/trainer Concrete Pouring coordinate, backfilling work and Grout work.
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs & Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Communicate training needs and online resources & Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials & Maintain a database of all training materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Good Knowledge of Civil Construction works
- Excellent Cross Communication Skills
