Description

We are currently looking to recruit a branch operation supervisor. The position will be based on Jubail and Yanbu.
Job requirements:
The operation supervisor will be responsible for the overall branch/plant management of all industrial gas cylinders filling and distribution in the premises. Service including cylinder filling and distribution activities, customer relationships, weekly-monthly sales and filling reports and plant order.

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for “Cylinder Filling and Distribution Plant” at DIGAS Jubail Plant.
• Implement all applicable HSEQ procedures at working area and ensure the team is compiled.
• Ensure all cylinder activities performed as per SOP.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining data in Odoo-ERP system.
• Daily cylinder filling and sales service record, reports, and liquid consumption record.
• Maintain KPI’s in his/her working area.
• Comply ISO 9001, management system.
• Housekeeping and managing all plant needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills:
• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ preferably industrial gas field experience, cylinder filling or gas production is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of compressed gas filling equipment, instruments and gases.
• Self-motivated and strong communication skills.
• Experienced in office programs and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of English (Writing and Speaking).
