Skilled in handling the control parameters and parameter range for cold storage of various types of food
Skilled in the methods to control temperature and humidity in cold storage facility
Basic knowledge of recording and maintaining the food stored in cold storage?facility

Ability to install refrigeration unit
Knowledge of maintenance of refrigeration equipment and components
Knowledge of designing and construction of cold storage facility
Understanding of various refrigeration?techniques

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing and maintaining refrigeration systems in cold storage units to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

• Monitoring temperature and humidity levels inside the cold storage to ensure that food products are stored at the required conditions.

• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in refrigeration equipment and implementing necessary repairs.

• Collaborating with other technicians and warehouse staff to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize cold storage operations.

• Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any repairs carried out.

• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment and prevent accidents or hazards related to cold storage?systems.
