Key Accountabilities:

• Set project objectives clearly and define the desired outcomes based on client requirements and expectations.
• Develop a comprehensive timeline outlining tasks and deadlines for each stage of the project, including resource, financial, and material planning.
• Direct the project team, allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide necessary resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members, to ensure coordinated efforts toward project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing risks to the project.
• Monitor the budget and ensure that the project is executed within the specified financial framework, taking necessary actions in case of financial overruns.
• Ensure that the required quality standards are met and implement quality management practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle any changes in the project scope or client requirements effectively, providing appropriate solutions to ensure project progress.
• Evaluate project performance, review lessons learned, and complete all administrative and financial processes related to project closure.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or any related field.
Skills: Finishing Works.
Experience: 10 years of related experience in Hotels, Commercial Buildings, or any related field.
