Description

We are seeking experienced MEP Draughtsman and Joinery Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Joinery drafting, with specific experience in the GCC region and a proven track record in contracting or interior designing companies.

Responsibilities:

MEP Draughtsman:

Prepare detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes in the GCC region.
Revise and update drawings to reflect changes in design or specifications.

Joinery Draughtsman:

Create detailed joinery drawings for interior fit-out projects, including furniture, cabinetry, and millwork.
Collaborate with interior designers and architects to interpret design concepts into precise technical drawings.
Ensure that joinery drawings meet quality and safety standards.
Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related engineering fields for MEP Draughtsman.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or relevant field for Joinery Draughtsman.

Experience:

Minimum One years of experience as an MEP and/or Joinery Draughtsman in the GCC region.
Proven experience in contracting or interior designing companies.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.
Strong understanding of MEP and joinery principles and standards.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the GCC.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to interpret and convey technical information accurately.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail in creating accurate and precise technical drawings.
