Position: Merchandise Specialist - Eastern Region

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock replenishment strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications:

Minimun Intermediate required,
Proven experience in merchandising within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region as needed.
