Duties & Responsibilities:

*Maintain constant communication with Manager, staff and vendors to endure proper operations of the company. To develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
*Increase the efficiency of existing process and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
*Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
*Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable department.
*Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
