Contemporary Structure Company (COST) is a Saudi-owned partnership company based in Al Khobar. The company is managed by a highly experienced multi-national management team. Its activities range from General Contracting, Commerce, Fabrication, Manpower supply, Operation and Maintenance, and concrete repairs and rehabilitation. COST has executed projects in Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Electromechanical and Structural projects for ARAMCO, SEC Etc. The company has recently added a Concrete Repairs and Rehabilitation Division to meet market demands.



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor at COST. The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, Total Station, Building Surveying, Surveying. Other duties involve leading a team of professionals, preparing and reviewing maps, legal descriptions, and other related documents required by clients and regulatory agencies.



Qualifications

Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying skills
Experience with Total Station and Building Surveying
Degree in Surveying or related field
Professional Surveyor license or equivalent certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques
Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and GIS
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial. Candidates should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing and able to travel as required.
