Dear all.
One of our clients is hiring for Quality Assurance with following requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of IT Governance Framework (ITGF) standards, including COBIT and ITIL.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with banking applications, systems, and processes, with an emphasis on security, risk management, and compliance.

• Arabic and English

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes aligned with IT Governance Framework (ITGF) standards and guidelines, particularly focusing on GRC.
• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of IT systems, applications, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, defects, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Document and communicate findings, test results, and recommendations to stakeholders, management, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Offer guidance and assistance to project teams and stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and tools for quality assurance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to quality assurance and IT governance within the banking sector.
