A newly established coffee shop is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join their caf?. Located in the heart of Riyadh, their caf? prides itself on serving high-quality, locally-sourced coffee and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers through your dedication to crafting delicious beverages and engaging with patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring each guest receives prompt attention and has a positive experience.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked workspace, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
Collaborate with team members to uphold caf? standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers and enhance their coffee-drinking experience.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper procedures and protocols.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and cleanliness.
