Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts, performance targets, and sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data, customer data, and other relevant datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to the National Sales Manager and the sales team.
• Support the National Sales Manager in developing and implementing data-driven initiatives and projects to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-driven solutions to optimize sales operations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in data analytics and sales intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and market trends is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the sales or retail industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
