Description

The qualified candidate will assist contract manager to complete relevant work and assist in bidding.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement relevant policies and regulations of the country where you are stationed, implement the policies and regulations of the project department, and engage in contract management of specific projects;
2. Be familiar with construction project contract documents, technical specification documents, owner management processes, etc., and be deeply involved in various matters such as contract performance during the project implementation stage;
3. Responsible for the archiving, classification, and review of all project-related contracts, focusing on supporting project changes, claims, and other work;
4. Guide project changes and claims planning, formulate claims strategies, and provide constructive opinions on contract price claims;
5. Connect with law firms, assist claims experts in preparing project claim materials, and negotiate externally on behalf of the company when necessary;
6. Able to draft contracts and write business letters; be able to effectively complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Working experience: more than 6 years
2. Industry and project experience: Applicants who are familiar with the contract framework and management process of Saudi engineering and investment projects and have experience in dealing with government departments are preferred; those with industry experience in contract management of construction units, lawyers or consulting companies.
3. Abilities and personality traits: Loyal, good at expression and communication, and good teamwork spirit
4. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in law
5. Language ability: English, Arabic
6. Gender: Male
