Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the head of the structural engineer, carry out the overall structural engineering design and technical work of the project, with a focus on structural calculations, optimization, shop and erection drawings for the precast concrete elements；
2. Review the IFC structural drawings and other relevant information;
3. Participate in structural coordination meetings with consultants, client to discuss and resolve all design and technical issues in the project;
4. Prepare the structural Drawings list for the project;
5. Coordinate with various disciplines to prepare all structural shop drawings;
6. Carry out structural shop drawing optimization work;
7. Carry out approval work for all structural shop drawings;
8. Provide guidance and solutions to structural technical issues on construction site;
9. Collaborate with BIM engineers to complete the production and plotting of BIM structural models;
10. Prepare structural as-built drawings；
11. And can effectively complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

1. Working experience: more than 10 years
2. Industry and project experience: Familiar with the construction methods of construction projects, familiar with the construction and design of prefabricated assembled structures, and have professional knowledge in house construction or electromechanical plumbing; have relevant experience in quality control of building structures, electromechanical plumbing projects in real estate, construction companies, and consulting units .
3. Abilities and personality traits: Loyal, good at expression and communication, and good teamwork spirit
4. Education background: Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering related majors
