Description

We Urgently looking for a CAMP Supervisor who can manage all PPCO's CAMP in Eastern Region ,must have KSA valid Driving License and Leadership quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

Facility Management: The camp supervisor. is responsible for managing the overall operation of PPCO's accommodation facility. This includes supervising the housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and in good working order. all the camp boss would report to CAMP SUPERVISOR

Staff Management: The camp sup. is in charge of overseeing the camp personnel, including housekeeping staff, , janitors, and other support staff. The Camp Sup. is responsible for training, and scheduling of the staff members, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise and maintenance of camp plumbing & electricity issues.

Catering and Food Services: No Service for Food but need to arrange vehicle for Employee to Visit market to purchase Grocery

Health and Safety: The camp sup. plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that all personnel are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.

Budgeting and Inventory Control: Managing the camp's budget and resources is an important aspect of the job. The camp boss may be responsible for tracking expenses, controlling costs, and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.

Administrative Duties: The camp boss may also handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for personnel transfers or rotations.

Term & Conditions

1. Salary: : Negotiable
2. Period of Contract : 1 (one) years & Renewable
3. Probation Period : 3 months
4. Working Hours : 10 hours per day,6 days per week
5. Accommodation : Provided by the Company
6. Transportation : Provided by the Company
7. Air Ticket :Two-way air ticket
8. Other Benefits : As per KSA Labor Low

**Candidate must have Saudi Valid Driving License**
