We are Hiring for Our Prestigious Client with Global Presence.

Looking for its Facility in Dammam

Working Hours Per Day: 10 hours a day
Working Days Per Week: 6 Days a week
Contract Duration: 1 year
Preferred Language: English
Candidate should be available to join : ASAP

Certified as a Welding Inspector, like AWS, CSWIP 3.1..

Essential Responsibilities:-
1. Verify, Review and inspect Raw materials, Weld map, MO, Mill certificate, PWHT reports, NDE reports, supplier document & dimension reports per drawing,
Engineering Bill Of Materials (BOM) and customer’s requirements and industry standards.
2. Interface and co-ordinate with customer’s representative for material require Third Party Inspection (TPI) hold point inspection.
3. Control and maintain all quality related documents and its retention period.
4. Set measuring instruments for in-process inspection, ensure all measuring equipment used in the shop are working to its specific requirement.
5. Perform In process inspection in daily basis, such as:
• Before, during and After welding inspection include generate report.
• Verification of welding parameter, Welder qualification & welding consumables.
• Visual Inspection & Dimensional Inspection.
• Assembly Inspection & Traceability record.
• Verify the Rework Process.
6. Final inspection & MO closer.
7. Raise GRR or NCR for Non-conformance product.
8. Involve in welder / Procedure Qualification.
9. Participate in HSE program and proactively involve in improving HSE culture in site.
10. Perform other quality related activities assigned by Production Quality Control Manager
Qualifications Requirements:
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline preferred
• Certified as a Welding Inspector, like AWS, CSWIP 3.1..
• 2-3 years’ experience in the oil field environment
• Ability to work with people of various social, cultural and religious backgrounds
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Require to work shifts and irregular hours.
• Ability to use Hardness Machine
• Ability to perform dimensional inspection.

Other Requirements:-

National or Expat: Saudi / Pakistani, Filipino, Other Arab nations.

Required years of experience : Qualified as above , minimum 2-3 years in same position.
