Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Manager with around 5 yrs of experience to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing & creating accounts within the medical industry.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical sector
. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions
•Promote and sell medical products and services to meet customer needs
•Conduct Saudi market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
•Provide training and support to the new joiners ensuring product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date
•Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and develop action plans to drive sales growth
•Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
•Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements related to medical sales
Requirements:
•Strong knowledge of the medical industry, including medical devices, disposables or healthcare services
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with strong sales and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and motivational skills
