Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the financial activities of the company.

Responsibilities:

1- Financial Reporting:

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Manage all aspects of VAT compliance and accounting processes, including the calculation, reporting, and remittance of VAT payments, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and reporting.
Support external audits and reviews by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance as needed.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and
Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.

2- Accounts Receivable and Payable:
Preparing and managing client’s monthly and quarterly invoices
Coordinate the collection of outstanding receivables, monitor aging reports, and implement strategies,
Managing accounts payable, including processing invoices and making payments to suppliers

3- Payroll:
Calculating and processing employee salaries and payroll taxes
Preparing and submitting payroll reports to the relevant authorities
Maintaining employee payroll records

4- Other Duties:
Maintaining accounting software and systems
Staying up to date on changes to accounting standards and regulations


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia VAT laws and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, and organized with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Arabic language proficiency
