URGENT HIRING FOR RIYADH
POSITION : HEAD CHEF
BASIC SALARY : BIASSED ON INTERVIEW
ACCOMMODATION COMPANY PROVIDED
Responsibilities
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervise kitchen staffs activities
• Arrange for equipment purchases
• Perform administrative duties
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standard
Requirements and skills
• Must have working experience as a Head Chef or Executive chef for 7 years and above in Gulf or Hyderabad.
• Must have working experience with Hyderabadi
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor of Hotel Management
