Job Title: Sales/Operations Engineer

Location: Dammam

We are looking for a dynamic & Proactive candidate to carry out sales and operations of our Company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities (leads) through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
6. Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
8. Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
2. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
3. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
4. Understanding on Logistics functioning
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Excellent presentation and creativity skills
7. Willingness to travel
8. bachelor's degree or equivalent.
9. KSA Driving License.
10. Work Experience – 3 -5 Years

Salary: Around SAR 4000 + Transportation provided by company.
