Description

We are now looking for a Storekeeper/Supervisor who is highly skilled and experienced to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal applicant will have 3 to 5 years of expertise in inventory management and warehouse monitoring particularly in a F&B company. The selected applicant will be responsible for maintaining correct inventory records, optimizing warehouse procedures, and ensuring the storekeeping staff operates efficiently.

Inventory Management:
Keep accurate records of all inventory transactions and perform audits on a regular basis.
To reduce losses and assure stock correctness, implement effective inventory management techniques.
To avoid stockouts, keep an eye on the replenishing process.

Leadership and supervision:
Assist the storekeeping staff in providing good leadership and completing jobs effectively.
For best workflow, schedule and assign duties to team members.
Perform frequent performance evaluations and give constructive criticism.

Order Processing:
Accurately process incoming orders and coordinate order fulfilment with appropriate departments.
Ensure that orders are chosen, packaged, and shipped on schedule.
Backorders and consumer questions should be monitored and managed.

Organization of the Warehouse:
Optimize the warehouse layout for maximum space utilization.
Implement and enforce safety precautions and warehouse rules.
Improve overall efficiency by streamlining operations.

Quality Control
Regular quality inspections on incoming and leaving items are required.
To identify and resolve quality concerns, work with appropriate teams.
Implement initiatives to increase product quality overall.

Reporting and documentation:
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
Produce frequent reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and other key parameters.
Provide data-driven insights and suggestions to management.

Qualification:
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper/Supervisor in a warehouse or logistics in a F& B setting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are required.
• The ability to change priorities and operate in a fast-paced workplace.
• Physical fitness and the ability to carry and move large objects as needed.
