Order Management:

Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and analyze inventory levels.
Work closely with the inventory control team to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts.
Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about purchasing quantities and assortment.
Prepare reports on key performance indicators and share insights with the buying team.
Assortment Planning:

Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
Assist in selecting products that align with the company's brand and target market.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide input on market trends and consumer preferences to assist in decision-making.
Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Organize and file documentation for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure a cohesive and efficient buying process.
Communicate changes in inventory or delivery schedules to relevant teams.
Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
