Duties & Responsibilities Experience

Ensure work orders are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, provide coaching and feedback.
Plan production sequences, allocate resources effectively, identify and address bottlenecks.
Maintain adequate stock of materials and tools, minimize waste and scrap.
Enforce safety procedures, conduct regular safety inspections, ensure adherence to regulations.
