Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in the field of fabrication manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of products.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with specifications and regulations.

Resource Management: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate manufacturing personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce production costs.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize production disruptions.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory logs, and quality inspection records. Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators and monitor progress against production goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Foreman or similar role, with a minimum of 7 Years experience in fabrication manufacturing.

Deep understanding of fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment, with hands-on experience in metal fabrication preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to manufacturing operations.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing software systems is desirable.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production schedules as needed.
