Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in our operations by developing and executing procurement strategies that optimize our supply chain and reduce costs without compromising on quality. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in procurement within the fast-food or similar industry, who can effectively manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the uninterrupted supply of goods and services necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies that align with the company’s business goals and operational requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Oversee and manage the entire procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance teams, to assess procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Stay informed of market trends and industry best practices to anticipate changes that may affect supply and demand.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies and standards in all procurement activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the fast-food industry or a closely related sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing favorable terms and cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement software.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and integrity in all procurement activities.
