We are a leading provider in Water/Waste Water industries, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our continued growth and success by developing comprehensive proposals and supporting our sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements to prepare detailed proposals that align with their needs and our capabilities.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and high quality.
Conduct cost estimations and technical assessments to develop proposal strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Ensure all proposals meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineering
Have 7-10 years’ experience in water and wastewater treatment industry
Experienced in preparing proposals/ bid for water and waste water treatment plants
Have good knowledge of process design, equipment selection and costing
read and review the request for proposal and the tender document
experience in arranging quotation from equipment manufacturers required to cost the proposal
prepare costing sheets & calculations
prepare the proposal and bidding documents required for the quotation/ bid submittal
Follow the status of the submitted quotation and bids.
S good command on spoken and written English & Arabic Language
