Description

General Tasks:

Complete all planned and scheduled maintenance to have properly working machines.
Fix all damaged or scheduled parts to have them ready to be used whenever required.
Maintain, repair, and install electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
Maintain detailed records for all repairs and breakdowns for proper documentation and follow-up

Required Qualifications:

Mechanical Diploma or Technical Degree or on job training

Minimum Experience:

At least 5 years maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Experience in industrial factory as Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Leader is preferred.

Job-Specific Skills:

Knowledge of plant and production equipment
Knowledge of bearing & shaft alignments and their assembling
Knowledge of compressor, pump and gearbox assemblies
Knowledge of crane repairs
Ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic drawings, standards and codifications
Ability to use all workshop tools (handling sets, welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, turning, shaping, etc…)
Ability to use all measuring tools (Callipers, Tapes, Levelling tools, etc…)
