JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Support collaboration efforts with technical and functional design teams to resolve development issues or defects resulting from solution gaps.
2 Highlight areas for improvement in order to enhance development activities.
3 Support and maintenance integrated solutions, which span across user interface, back end and
middleware domains.
4 Resolve incidents and defects raised in production or testing environments with
support from system analysts and solution designers
5 Perform component test prior to code merge and/or release to the quality and assurance team for testing
6 Management in identifying areas for improvement within the Application Implementation section
7 Ensure that works are carried out in a controlled and coordinated manner and in line with relevant
policies, procedures and instructions, and participate in updating them periodically.

The Technical Skills an Application Support requires include:
1 Understand Structured Query Language (SQL)
2 SQL DB
6, spring boot, angular
4 Scripting and procedure, uploading DDL & DML
5 Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, .Net languages and HTML
6 Up-to-date application software coding and script in knowledge
7 Knowledge of standard IT hardware and equipment
8 Ability to learn and understand IT management software
9 Ability to diagnose and solve application issues
