* Job Description
The Employee will support the business line and day to day operation related to IT by monitor and maintains the computer devices, printers, network for the company.
*Responsibilities:
- Fiber Optics splicing and testing
- Manage and configure Network Appliances (Server, switches, AP,..) in different brand (Cisco, Huawei, HP)
- Maintain the PC/ Laptop Hardware and Software Issues
- Maintain the Network connectivity to all users
- Open a case report for each ticket and keep the record
- CCTV installation & Configuration
- Fiber Optics splicing and testing
- Report all critical issues to higher level
- Support the users software activities (MS Office, Internal Program installation ..)
- Fiber Splicing skills
Education and Skills
- Bachelor Degree Tech Support Courses
- 2 year experience
