We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Substation Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the successful execution of electrical substation projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee electrical substation construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are
met.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local
regulations.
* Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams, addressing and resolving engineering issues
as they arise.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the timely and cost-effective
delivery of projects.
* Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to enhance project safety.
* Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
* Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, and report regularly to project stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer in electrical substation projects.
* Knowledge of substation design, construction, and commissioning processes.
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
* Proficient in using engineering software and Microsoft Office suite.
