Role & Responsibility

NDT subcontractor PWHT work management and control with monitring

PWHT Work report review with signature

PWHT report submit to PID for approve

PWHT work result PICS input

Monitor housekeeping before and after preparation of pre-heat and PWHT

Monitor & Coordinate Repair and replace damage material and unit of PWHT & Pre-Heating.

RequirementQualification

Major/Degree: University/Diploma/High School
Skill: 'Demonstrated thorough knowledge of WORK related engineering codes and standards with heat treatment requirements, such as ANSI/ASME B31.3 and ASME BPVC (Section VIII, Division 1).

Ten(10) or more years of direct work experience, in the specific discipline performing PWHT & Pre-Heating.

Direct Experience in the review and verification of heat treatment work procedures and parameters.

Direct work experience and full knowledge of all aspects of heat treatment; methods, techniques, tools and quality activities required for the work.

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English Language.
