Job Description

1) QC Inspector shall be a Diploma / Degree holder
2) Should have a minimum of 05 years of experience in handling Oil & Gas Construction or MOC Projects.
3) Should know SABIC/ARAMCO standards
4) The Inspector shall be able to inspect complete loop checking, wiring continuity, color coding, start-up, and troubleshooting.
5) Attend all necessary inspections identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
6) Inspect the production quality to establish if the client's requirements are being achieved.
7) Shall perform a variety of inspection functions under supervision
8) Record and document deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
9) Maintain a good working relationship with all Client personnel.
10) Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
11) Maintain a willingness to learn and support the Inspector by providing on-the-job training
12) Comply with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, Work Permits, etc.
13) Promote the use of HSE practices
14) Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
