Mathaqat Foods Company is seeking an Experienced Catering setup Coordinator. candidates must be available in KSA with Valid Iqama.


Roles and Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with clients and catering teams to understand event requirements and expectations.
? Develop detailed setup plans, considering layout, seating arrangements, decorations, and other specific client requests.
? Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment.
? Supervise and lead the setup team in arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to the event plan.
? Ensure that all equipment, such as audiovisual systems, lighting, and heating/cooling systems, are properly installed and functioning.
? Oversee the placement of signage and branding materials as per the client's specifications.
