Business Development Specialist
Service Company Specializing in Consulting

*Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market
trends within the consulting services sector.
• Responsible for achieving the company's growth goals through the development and
execution of marketing campaigns, sales plans, and identification of new service offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure
ongoing business success. This involves regular communication, negotiation, and
collaboration with key decision makers.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to inform business development
strategies.
• Visit companies and proactively reach out to them to explore potential collaboration and
partnership opportunities.
• Actively engage in communication with potential clients through various channels to build
relationships and facilitate business development initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients or partners.
Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions accordingly.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, clearly
communicating the company's value proposition and offerings.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients or partners. Work towards closing deals that
are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's objectives.
• Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a professional network,
identify potential opportunities, and represent the company.
• Contribute to the development of the company's business development strategies and
goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and industry
trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to
business development and sales.
• Implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction after the initial acquisition. This
may include regular follow-up, feedback collection, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and the
effectiveness of implemented business development strategies.

*Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of the consulting industry and current trends
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Arabic and English

*Salary range:
Basic Salary : 3,000 Saudi Riyals
Housing Allowance : Provided by the company
Transportation Allowance : Provided by the company
Commissions : According to the company’s policy and the goal
achieved for sales, the percentage ranges from 1% to
10% and is paid after collecting the amounts from
clients.

Governmental fees : Work license and Iqama
Health Insurance : Insured, according to the provisions of the
Cooperative Health Insurance Law
Annual Leave : 21 working days paid when used
Travel Ticket : Round-trip ticket upon the use of annual leave
