*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the IT industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues that may arise during project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven project management culture within the organization.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects with a focus on technical implementation.
- Extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
