We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the combined role of Senior Accountant and Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and proficiency in data analysis tools and methods.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting functions, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and budget variance analysis.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to aid in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract, transform, and analyze financial and operational data to drive insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial and data-driven recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
