Description

Experience and knowledge on rebuilding/overhauling all types of generator sets (CAT, Perkins, Denyo, John Deer, Cummins, and Kubota).

Troubleshoots and repairs AC electrical systems on generators, automatic transfer switches, generator controls and engine related mechanical failures; and performs routine preventative maintenance, oil and filter changes and inspections on all generator and by-pass pumps.

Maintains inventory of spare parts and makes cost and material estimates; collects requirements for preventive maintenance.

Perform accurate complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs to engines, subassemblies, fuel systems, and leak detection systems in a safe and timely manner.

Performs major maintenance and overhaul of generators.

Performs testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing of diesel engines.
