• Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
• Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
• Using various channels to source candidates
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Building relationships with applicants and past employees
• Organize and arrange work space for new employee
• Conduct orientation and induction.

Requirement -

1) Graduate in any discipline
2) Must have minimum 5 years experience
3) Good communication skills
4) Should have good knowledge about sourcing tools.

Other requirements -

1) Iqama must be transferrable
2) Must be ready to join immediately
