Responsibilities:
 Report Preparation and Review: Take a lead role in preparing and reviewing comprehensive air quality reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.
 Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize your analytical skills to interpret air quality data, identify trends, and prepare actionable insights for decision-making.
 Air Quality Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of air quality management programs to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
 Monitoring and Analysis: Lead the operation and analysis of air quality monitoring systems, interpreting data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
 Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant environmental laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's operations adhere to compliance standards.
 Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to communicate air quality initiatives, compliance status, and mitigation efforts.
 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and the implementation of best practices to enhance air quality management strategies.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in air quality management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of air quality regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing air quality monitoring equipment and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
