Job Description:
Position: Accountant

Company: MUSHAEEN Al ARABIA Co (Interior Design and Contracting)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial transactions, emphasizing project-related accounting.
2. Collaborate with project managers for accurate project budgeting and expense tracking.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, focusing on project performance.
4. Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and handle project-related invoicing.
5. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and industry-specific accounting standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in interior design and contracting.
3. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is advantageous.
4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
5. Strong understanding of project accounting principles.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Familiarity with local tax regulations.
8. Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the industry.
