Energy Tracking Specialist (LEED): The CONTRACTOR shall be an experienced Energy Tracking Specialist who shall work under the supervision of the Energy & Environmental Manager and shall demonstrate knowledge of the Contract. The Energy Tracking Specialist shall:
• implementing energy and environmental programs.
• monitoring and reporting on energy, water consumption and waste.
• managing and standardizing data captures, procedures and reporting.
• implementation of a new environmental management system.

Skills
• Have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management.
• Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementing energy and environmental programs.
• Have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience with monitoring and reporting on energy, water consumption and waste.
• Have experience in managing and standardizing data captures procedures and reporting.
• Have demonstrated experience in the implementation of a new environmental management system.
• Have a Professional Accreditation under LEED
• Preferably have a Professional designation of Certified Energy Manager (CEM
