2.Education / Industry knowledge background:
a)Industry knowledge and experience in floristry, including understanding of different flower types, arrangements, and seasonal trends.

3.Basic qualifications / skills needed to succeed in the role:
a)Good experience as a florist or head of florist
b)Strong artistic and creative skills in floral design
c)Knowledge of different flowers, plants, and their care requirements.
d Attention to detail
e) Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
f) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 
g) Basic business and inventory management skills.

4.Candidate’s Desired qualities:
a)Creativity, passion for floristry, adaptability to seasonal changes, and a customer-focused approach.

5.Major Tasks / Responsibilities:
a)Manage the Bouquet Factory
b)Manage, train and supervise florists and floral assistants
c)Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, seasons
d)Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and accessories through company market place and source from local supplier.
e)Maintain inventory
f)Provide excellent customer service.
g)Oversee pricing, invoicing
h)Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
i)Maintain the freshness and quality of floral products.
j)Collaborate with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other professionals for special projects.
