We are in search of a versatile and creative individual to fill the position of Graphics Designer cum Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, coupled with experience in managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and website content.
- Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive audience growth and interaction.
- Schedule and coordinate regular posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations.
- Knowledge of current trends in design and social media.

Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
