Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cafe management, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe.
Lead and motivate cafe staff to provide excellent customer service.
Schedule and manage staff shifts efficiently.
Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the cafe.
Inventory and Ordering:

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
Quality Control:

Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Training:

Train new staff members on cafe policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing training to improve staff performance.
Financial Management:

Assist in budget planning and adherence.
Monitor and report on financial performance.
Communication:

Communicate effectively with the management team.
Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate channels.
Language Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid work permit in Saudi Arabia.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: 3000 to 4000 SAR.
