Salary: 4000 to 5000 SAR

Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the Company

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Must have a transferable iqama (residency permit) in Saudi Arabia.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision:

Oversee and manage all aspects of cafe operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to cafe staff.
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address customer feedback and concerns promptly.
Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
Create and manage staff schedules.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Inventory and Ordering:

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste.
Quality Control:

Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Communication:

Effectively communicate with the management team.
Report on cafe performance and any operational issues.
Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
Coordinate promotional events and activities.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: 4000 to 5000 SAR.
Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
