Position: PMP Certified Training Executive

Location: Jeddah

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee the design and delivery of training modules, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners.

Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their effectiveness.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create targeted development plans.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve training strategies.

Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements:

Iqama must be transferable.

Age limit max: 45

PMP certification is mandatory.

Must be Fluent in Arabic and English. (Dual language will be preferred)

Proven experience as a Training Executive or similar role.

Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering training initiatives on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Familiarity with various training methodologies and technologies.
