Job Purpose

• To provide effective leadership and management to the floor operations across 9 outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, optimized sales, and seamless staff coordination.
Principal Accountabilities
• Customer Service Excellence:
o Drive a culture of superior customer service, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
o Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Floor Management:
o Oversee the overall appearance and layout of the store floors, ensuring they are aligned with brand standards.
o Conduct regular checks across outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and appropriate product displays.
o Supervise opening and closing floor procedures across all outlets.
• Staff Supervision & Training:
o Lead, coach, and train floor staff to ensure a consistent, high-level service experience for customers.
o Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and training floor staff, ensuring they understand company standards and expectations.
o Handle disciplinary matters and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Operational Efficiency:
o Liaise with the back-of-house teams (like inventory or kitchen) to ensure smooth operations and availability of products on the floor.
o Address operational challenges promptly, seeking solutions that minimize disruptions.
• Safety & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with safety guidelines on the shop floor, addressing any hazards or concerns immediately.
o Oversee security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of both staff and customers.
• Communication:
o Regularly communicate with the Operations Manager, providing updates and feedback on floor operations and challenges.
o Foster an environment of open communication where floor staff feels empowered to provide insights and feedback.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably managing multiple outlets or a large retail floor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail, particularly regarding store appearance and presentation.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and store operational procedures.
• Proficiency in local languages with good command over English.
Physical Requirements of the job
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, covering various shifts across different outlets.
• Physical stamina to be on the move during shifts, overseeing floor operations.
• Adhere to company values, behavior expectations, and all policies and procedures.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions and duties.
