Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Recruitment Manager role, with over 10 years of overall experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction sector.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in recruitment, specifically within the construction sector, and have a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes. The Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.
Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and industry events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final selection and onboarding.
Construction Sector Expertise:

Leverage extensive knowledge of the construction sector to understand specific job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective talent acquisition.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:

Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage candidate feedback and selection processes.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Recruitment Manager role, with a total of 10+ years in recruitment.
Proven experience in the construction sector is essential.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
