Description

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming deliveries of materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
Unload and properly store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, maximizing space and accessibility.
Maintain accurate inventory, including updating stock levels and item locations.
Pick and pack materials for orders received from internal departments or external customers.
Arrange deliveries of materials, verifying quantities and quality against sales orders and sales invoices.
Prepare shipments for various transportation methods, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
Arrange shipments by various methods based on requirements and book logistics services for their service.
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and report damaged or outdated materials for appropriate action.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, adhering to safety regulations and housekeeping procedures.
Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if necessary.
Provide helpful and courteous service to internal and external customers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and reporting any workplace concerns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
Strong ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, Excel worksheets, and warehouse management systems (preferred).
Proficient in English and Arabic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
A valid driver's license is preferred. (Vehicle will provide for business purpose)
Additional Information:

Non-Saudi nationals should have a transferable Iqama.
Total salary package is SAR 4,000.
Shared accommodation available insider the warehouse
All other benefits as per Saudi labor law.
Work location: New Industrial Area, New Alkharj Road, Riyadh.
